Each student will keep a Writer's Notebook. Writer Notebooks are judge free zones. This is a place where students can experiment with writing styles, brainstorm ideas, begin a story and keep examples of great writing.

- Become an expert: Next time your child shows enthusiasm for a topic, encourage him or her to learn more about this topic by choosing books from our local library about the topic. Here are some informational reading resources.
